I ordered the wrong map

We understand that sometimes people make mistakes, so please send us an email (admin@3digitzip.com) within 2 business days. Your email should let us know the name of the actual state you intended to purchase, as well as how you think the error may have happened (in case there are improvements to our site we can make). Assuming we have the correct map you are looking for, we will do our best to fix the problem. We may also ask you to confirm in writing that you deleted the incorrect map and have not shared it with anyone else.

3DigitZIP made a mistake and sent me the wrong state

Even we make mistakes sometimes. Please send us an email (admin@3digitzip.com) within 2 business days letting us know what the correct state was. We will ask you delete the wrong map and not share it with anyone else.

I changed my mind and don't want the map anymore

Much like other digital media, our maps are not refundable. We look forward to continuing to meet your needs in future.

I found a mistake in my map

When we put the maps together, we undertake our best efforts to provide the most accurate information at the best prices. Still, we cannot guarantee small errors will not exist. If you find what you think are significant errors, please email us (admin@3digitmap.com) telling us which state you bought and what you think the error is. If confirmed, we will do our best to provide a new version at no additional charge.
